International Journal of pavement research and technology

SPTC would like to pay special attention to the International Journal of Pavement Research and Technology. Dr. Musharraf Zaman, director of SPTC, is editor-in-chief of the Journal. With editors from around the world, IJPRT is a platform to share ideas, technologies, and research findings on pavement and pavement engineering. The journal is published six times per year (bimonthly) with six issues in each volume.

The current issue (Volume 16, Issue 1, January 2023) features articles over topics such as self-healing asphalt binder, machine learning, and the effects of flash flooding and other weather changes.

In order to cover a wide range disciplines and applications, the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following topics: data analytics; impact of climate change and severe weather on pavement; environmental issues; laboratory and field testing; safety issues; pavement-vehicle interaction; and pavement mechanics, design, engineering, construction, materials, recycling, drainage, instrumentation, sustainability, and resiliency.
