Abstract: Infrastructure resilience is an important topic as climatic conditions change and frequency of climate disruptions increase. Agencies, industry, and academics are investigating ways to make our nations pavement infrastructure more resilient to these disruptions. This webinar will bring attendees up to speed on the challenge designers, builders, and owners face, provide four different adaptation philosophies and case examples, and conclude with recommendations for how agencies, industry, and academics can incorporate “resilience thinking” into pavement design considerations.
