Dugan Connor – OU – wins 1st Place in the Oklahoma Transportation Research Day Poster Competition for his work titled “Effects of Waste Vegetable Oil in High Concentration Recycled Asphalt Binder”.

Ning Lee – OSU - wins 2nd Place in the Oklahoma Transportation Research Day Poster Competition for her work titled “Laboratory Test on Slab/Base Friction in Concrete Pavement”.

Ahmed Gheni – Missouri S&T - wins 3rd Place in the Oklahoma Transportation Research Day Poster Competition for his work titled “Innovative Eco-Friendly Crumb Rubber Chip Seal Pavement”.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Southern Plains Transportation Center (SPTC) are pleased to announce their sponsorship of the 2017 Oklahoma Transportation Research Day.

Attendees from academia, government service and the private sector are strongly encouraged to attend.

This one-day event will consist of keynote speakers, ODOT presentations of research and implementation of projects, and student transportation project posters. Eligible participants will have the opportunity to receive up to eight (8) Professional Development Hours (PDH) while attending this event.
